• Write collateral (one-pagers, white papers, case studies, etc.) in response to producer requests. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.
• Write press releases to communicate key messages to the media. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop, edit, and format digital content within CraftCMS. Set blog quality and format standards. Ensure that the standards are followed.
• Develop on-brand social media content for LinkedIn. Measure effectiveness. Adjust posting strategy to increase LinkedIn followers.
• Plan and write monthly newsletters for internal and external audiences. Track performance. Write and optimize an email automation campaign that welcomes new subscribers.
• Develop workflows that systemize and scale content production. Iterate to make the system better and more efficient.
• Perform a holistic content audit with the content marketing strategist once a year.
• Standardize and uphold an RFP process that is efficient and effective in winning RFPs.
• Work with subject matter experts to maintain a library of common responses to proposal questions in Responsive.io.
• Ensure all marketing assets are error-free and meet quality standards.

In This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience creating B2B content.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Excellent grammar and copy.
• Exceptional organizational skills. Can keep complex projects on track and deliver timely results.
• A “Google and Go” mindset. You can figure things out yourself. 
• Familiarity with digital marketing (social media, email marketing, content management systems, etc). Familiarity with marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot).
• Up to date on emerging marketing channels.
